Golf Day Booking

General Information

Name
Please indicate if you require cart rentals for your golf day
*Carts will be charged to the main account and managed by the client.

(We have a fleet of 30 carts available.)
Please provide the day and month you would like to host the event on. 

*Note we only host golf days on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays

Registration

To ensure a smooth and welcoming guest experience, a registration table is necessary. 


We will provide the necessary furniture, including a welcome desk, table, and chairs.
Do you require any breakfast/snacks at registration?
Is branding required at your registration area?
For example: A linen-coverd table for welcome bag distribution

Branding

Our team will assist with transporting and managing your branding onsite. This does not include physical setup and strike-down of the branding. All branding is required to be checked in with the Golf Operations Team.

(Please take note that if erection and breakdown is required this is charged at a fee of R10 000 which includes sponsored holes.) 

Sponsored holes will be managed with guidance from the Golf Operations Team.
Will your company's branding be displayed on the day of your event?

Setup and breakdown of branding by the Steenberg team charged at additional fee of R10 000
No setup and breakdown required by the Steenberg Team other than transportation & guidance
Do you have additional sponsored holes from other brands on the day of your event?
Please take into consideration the branding breakdown in the golf day information pack
Please indicate whether you will be making use of watering holes and branding.
A levy fee of R2500 per hole will be charged if items are not purchased directly from the club.

Competition Format

*We recommend our par 3 holes.
*We recommend our par 5 holes.

Scoring

Please select which option you would prefer in terms of scoring
Until which number are you handing out prizes for prize giving.

For example: 1st-3rd place.

Halfway

Please note that the halfway menu selection will be strictly grab and go, which will be charged to the company's account.

*Halfway includes a meal and a non-alcoholic drink.

Options will be made available to choose from.

Post Golf/Prize Giving

Please note our prize giving set up in the function room includes a full banqueting setup consisting of cutlery, crockery, glassware and standard white linen.
